Check-in & check-out

Check-in starts at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early arrival and late departure can be requested and are confirmed subject to availability.

Identification

• A valid photo ID is required at check-in.
• The lead guest must be at least 18 years old.
• The name on the booking should match the ID presented.

Deposits & cancellations

• A card is needed to secure every reservation.
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival.
• Later cancellations are charged the first night.
• Package bookings may carry different terms, shown at the time of booking.

Children & families

Families are very welcome. Cots and extra beds are available on request, and children may use the pool until 7 PM with an adult.

Pets

Dogs up to 25 kg are welcome in selected rooms for a small cleaning fee. Please tell us when you book.

Smoking

All rooms and indoor spaces are smoke-free. Designated outdoor areas are available on the ground floor.

Parking

Self-parking and valet are both available. Parking is complimentary for overnight guests.

Accessibility

Step-free access, accessible rooms and lift service to every floor are available. Contact us before arrival for specific needs.
